1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 399btd platform — including the website, any mobile-optimised interface, all casino game lobbies, sports betting sections, live dealer rooms, and all promotional pages — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 399btd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

We may request age-verification documents — including a National ID Card (NID), birth certificate, or passport — at registration or at any subsequent point during the lifecycle of your account. 2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 399btd platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts except the first-registered may be closed without notice, and any balances or pending bonuses on the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on the 399btd platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The following terms govern account creation, maintenance, and security obligations.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your 399btd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. 399btd is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399btd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 399btd will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All activities conducted through your account using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you personally initiated them. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 399btd immediately. We will suspend the account pending a security review, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

399btd may, at its discretion and in accordance with its internal compliance procedures, request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any account holder. This may include a government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 399btd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your 399btd account.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods — accounts belonging to another individual — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed to the originating account and the depositing player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the cashier section at the time of request. Withdrawals via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 minutes during 399btd's standard operating hours. 4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. 399btd may apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy period has been reached. You will be notified via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid dormancy charges, simply log in to your 399btd account and perform any activity within the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

399btd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published with the relevant offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 399btd account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page and in the notification you receive when the bonus is credited. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the applicable period will expire automatically.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to the fulfilment of bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 399btd is governed by these Terms & Conditions together with the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 399btd are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the specific market rules (for example, certain in-play cash-out features). Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of any subsequent market movement.

In the event of a cricket match, BPL fixture, IPL game, T20 World Cup contest, or any other sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in format after betting markets have opened, 399btd will settle affected bets in accordance with the settlement rules published for that specific market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Casino Games and RNG Certification

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399btd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per individual player, or registering an account in the name of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC verification process
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or collusion with other players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system glitches for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void and must be returned
• Using the 399btd platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection thresholds, or any other activity connected to the proceeds of crime
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of other players
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 399btd staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the 399btd platform's software, design, or intellectual property

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or 399btd may close or suspend your player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 399btd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests via email will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. If you are requesting closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please specify this in your request so that appropriate safeguards can be applied.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 399btd

399btd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or notification from a responsible gaming body

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, access to all platform services will be terminated. Verified balances will be returned to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits that have not been fully wagered will be forfeited upon closure. 399btd will retain your account data for the period required under applicable data protection and anti-money laundering regulations, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
